Skiway Village homes are located in the Warm Springs area of Ketchum. The area includes Sun Valley's Warm Springs Lodge as well as a variety of other shops and restaurants. The ski lifts at Warm Springs serve the north face of the mountain. Units in this complex have access to the Prospector pool and tennis courts in the summer. Mountain Rides is a free bus service running every twenty minutes that stops a few yards from these chalets. It will transport guests to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum and to the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts.

This three bedroom, three and a half private townhome features a two-car garage, a powder room, a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer, a living area with a floor to ceiling river rock gas log fireplace, large windows with views of Baldy, a 27-inch TV/DVD with satellite, a stereo, wireless internet access, a fully equipped kitchen with hardwood floors, plenty of counter space, an electric range, a microwave, a dishwasher, an ice maker, a coffee maker, refrigerator, cookware, glassware and other appliances, a dining area that seats eight guests, a large private deck with private hot tub and a 32 inch TV in the master bedroom. Bedding includes a king in the master bedroom, a twin split that can be converted into a king bed in the second and third bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. All linens and towels are provided as well as soaps, shampoos and lotions. This is home may accommodate eight guests.
